To the Board of Directors of the USCA
It is time that I, John W. Kennedy, President of the USCA, for personal reasons am going to be unavailable for the next few months. In my absents I am appointing Colby M. Cousineau, Vice-president of the USCA to preform my duties, other than I will write the presidents message in the Jan-Feb issue of the Sidecarist, He will Moderate the board meeting ect. place the agenda, et.al.
