Wiring Diagram for electric reverse
I have a sidecar with electric reverse that I'm installing on my 2003 Softail FXST. The electric reverse uses a starter motor and gear attached to the side car wheel. The starter motor uses a speed control by Curtis Model 1204. Although I have the circuit diagram for the Cutis speed controller (used in golf carts too) there is one electrical component (identified as 9230) that is potted with leads for three to four wires. I have no clue what this device is used for. Can any one help? email: hothog@Verizon.net
Thank you

Probably not what you want but it's potted with 4 wires and came up on search for 9230 though I don't find 9230 on the page. Some kind of variable speed controller. http://www.modelboatbits.com/SPEED-CONTROL/?gclid=CjwKEAjw1a3KBRCY9cfsmdmWgQ0SJAATUZ8bcmQq5uCFs5OemTvDYdzFbsAbLYegNNLffwMc_Qy82BoCvvXw_wcB a discription of a 20 amp model here http://www.mtroniks.net/prod/Boat-Speed-Controls/Viper-Marine-20.htm#description
Thanks for your reply. I have a little more information so I'm going to repost this request.
