Will Rig Work

Hello,

Have a Stella Scooter with Cozy sidecar with modified pipe lotsa fun but wanna be able to do more than 60 mph and travel some highway 70 mph and backroads at 65.
Considering a Suzuki S40 and hooking it to my Cozy sidecar. Will this setup work if professionally installed (may do it myself but have all installation details) or will I experience lots of tire wear and handling issues.
The Suzuki weighs 352 lbs dry and the sidecar is 180 - Horsepower for Suzuki is about 31 it is a single cyliner 652cc thumper.
All comments and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
