What are the pros and cons ?
I understand that URAL and DNEPR have differences as well.
If you just want offroad or low speeds the 2 wheel drive rigs are fine. 50 mph and lower speeds are what they like.
Late model URALs are OK as far as dependability but the earlier ones require a lot of TLC.
Dnepr and CJ will usually need more and aren't as finished QC wise.
If you want freeway usage or quicker rigs single wheel drive with a late model US or Japanese bike with your choice of sidecar is the way to go with little maintenance requirements and a lot of dealer support available.

Do you NEED two-wheel drive? Do you run offroad that much? 2WD adds many more complications to the final drive system - more things to break. 2WD rigs sit higher and are more "tippy". And, it has been noted by more than one "pundit" that a 1WD Ural Tourist with the proper tires can go dammed near anywhere their 2WD models can go.
Back in my 4WD days, we had a saying. "All 4WD does is help you get stuck in places it is harder to get a wrecker to!" Same applies to 2WD sidecar rigs. Don't just want it, need it.
