What range torque wrench is most desired?

Jan, my offer of the A/C gauges, with hoses and all fittings, is more for these Ural members CARS....as I know that there no Ural running around with A/C.

If they possibly have a CAR that has A/C, this would help. OR...they could use this as a trade item, to get things for their Urals...locally.

Same thing with the Snap On timing light....for use on their CARS, or as a trade item.

FM,  shoot me a photo of the gauges and the timing light and I'll ask the head honcho there if they can used them or trade them.
