I am looking for some information on sidecar rigging, basicaly cause and effect. There was a posting with some good information on it but I guess it rolled off page 3 into cyber space heaven before I got a chance to print it. It covered information like, not enough toe-in to to much toe-in and lean angles and how the rig should handle. In my opion it was a good referance and I would like to find a copy for my files.

Thanks
Donald Halbert

I'm not sure which message you are refering to, but it should still be here. The only things that have been deleted have been at the request of sellers after an item is sold, or a couple things that were not motorcycle related. Don't forget to look at Hal Kendall's manuals at http://www.sidecar.com/hal.htm there's a lot of rigging information there.

Go to http://www.sidecar-ind.com and click tech pages, or go to sidecar.com home page and download one of Hal Kendall's books, or order a CD from him.

Search through "Sidecar Industry Council" and it should come up.

Don, I think that you may be talking about John Dreuning's site. Go to home01.wxz.nl/~dreuning/ and look for "sidecar technical" in the box labeled "home" at the top. At the bottom of the resulting page, look for PART 2 and Part 3. I believe that Part 2 is what you are looking for. Very good info in a very easy to understand format.
