Anyone have a suggestion for a front shock for my bmw r1100 Hannigan rig spring rate etc Thanks

On BMW's I have found that evey one seems to think that what ever brand of shock they like is the best. It is like the questoin "which oil is best" every one knows that there answer is right.
I like Hagon shocks as there customer support is great. Dave Quinn Motorcycles 203-393-2651 Ask Dave, he should be able to help.
BTW for your bike if you still have stock steering we make an off set plate for the Telever front end which reduces trail for lighter steering $350 and we also make an automotive rear wheel conversion $1295 complete with tire.
