I have a 09 Road Glide and am taking delivery of a new HD TLE sidecar in another month. I've read a lot of information in here and am near overload ,( just never knew how much info there was about sidecars).

I'm planning to do the 103inch kit on my 96inch motor for more torque and a Champion reverse kit. Also I'm looking at changing the triple trees out to something with a 5 degree rake but not sure on which trees to use and will I need to change out the front down tubes or can the standard tubes be used with the new trees? Steering damper/no damper?

This will be a dedicated sidecar rig due to I'm having limited uses problems witn my left leg....

any opinions or info that you can pass on to me would be appreciated.

I run Liberty trees with no damper. With Harley cars or other makes.
I've just purchased trees for my '10 Street Glide which will have a Liberty car installed as soon as it is painted to match.
I also use the IAM MAMBA reverse on my rigs. Didn't care for the Limey ones Champion sells.
We do a lot of desert riding so I don't need the extra heat from a 103 or 110 motor. 96 inch 6 speed works fine for me where the temp numbers are above the motor displacement numbers.
