Sorry if this is already here somewhere but I did a mod to my front forks which raised the front of the bike almost 3 inches. After that the car is pulling harder than before. I tried adjusting the struts to lean the bike out a little and that seemed to help some but it either needs to go a little more or I need to perform a different adjustment. Admittedly I'm setting things up on a fly by the seat of the pants approach and have had very good results so far. Good tire wear and ease of control are my guides.

Apparently you've increased the trail which makes the bike want to resist turning and keep going ahead in a straight line.
