Newbies with Questions
Steve,
I have noticed a similiar problem with the wind rolling off the unit also..we were out last night at it was in the low 40's when we came in, I really felt the wind then. Beth's Royal Star is not a s bad as the Electra Glide rig we borrowed, it was terrible. As for a solution, I can't think of any, I'm sure it has a lot to do with if you have any type of lower's on your machine, how tall you are, maybe even windscreen height on your bike etc. I wish I could be more help..

Steve,
The wind blast you are experiencing is nto uncommon with many rigs. When you go to an event in cold weather the sidecar rider can always be picked out due to the frostbitten right nostril.
Some have made deflectors to get rid of the wind. Some have moved the sidecar back or out just a little. Some have cut down or removed the windshield on the sidecar etc etc
Sometime a small homemade deflector will do the job. Have someone ride in the sidecar and hold a piece of heavy cardboard or something in various places to see what happens. It's a start anyhow.
