OK, so we have a 1994 FZ1 with a Terraplane attached via a custom subframe. No mods done to the bike. We are debating the steps to take to tame the steering. A few questions....

1. how much relief would the Steerite triple tree mod give?

2. is it feasible to make this into a leaning rig? (the bike leans, hack stays level) Would a steering mod still be a good idea if it was made into a leaner?

3. is it possible to make it into a rig where the hack leans with the bike, using a parallellogram setup?

I think that's all for now.

thanks

Anything is possible. Depending upon how much metal working talent you have plus a smattering of geometry.
I'd suggest installing a raked tree and enjoying the easy handling. Just like power steering.
The other stuff takes a lot of engineering and for most is dreamsville. Or at least a lot of tinkering and modifying and maybe ending up with less than you'd hoped for.
