Mounting a dnepr onto a R75/5

Looking for information on mounting a dnepr onto a BMW 1971 R75/5. Any information/advice would be much appreciated. Have had many bikes, including older BMW's but this will be my first sidecar owned and have never mounted one before. I have a welder I could use but have heard I could possible use some type of clamp instead as I'll be doing very light local riding. Anything anyone could tell me (like I'm a 1st grader since my existing knowledge is very minimal) would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Lonnie,
Thanks a lot...this stuff is very helpful. I may end up getting a different type of car than Dnepr, but that stuff will apply no matter what.
