actually, the 2 degree starting point is just that...a starting point. lean it out a bit, ride it, and see if it pulls left or right. if it pulls one way or another, adjust the lean more or less.
dont set it at 2 degrees and leave it, because someone said so.

while you are checking things make sure the sidecar wheel is verticle. Leaning the sidecar wheel will have the same effect as leaning the bike. If the wheel is leaned to the right it will pull to the right.
