Leading LInk Shocks
What shocks are you using and what is the actual length of them top of eyelet to top of eyelet? Mine are Konis and are 7610's no longer produced by Koni but reproduced by Ikon. They are 12 1/4 long with 183lb to 223lb springs. I need to replace these and the prices I'm getting are horrendous. $335 to $900.Only Works Performance NEVER answers emails sent 5.

Does Koni still exist?
I loved their shocks, lasted for ever. 118.000km and no wear and might run still. For a crushial aplication I wouldn't think twice to buy them again even at an elevated price. (to that time original Honda were 180,-DM/pair (west german marks) I paid 345,-DM for the Konis and didn't regret it at all!)

Give these folks a go, I think you'll find they have or will build what you need at a reasonable price, Hagon Shocks 203-393-2651 fax:203-393-1725
or you can Google koni shocks and get about 2 dozen hits
I have contacted all the manufacturers, looking for what people are using like Lowell Neff of any of the LL builders either homemade or manufactured to get an idea of whats best value for the bucks and bike.
My Dnepr uses the same shock in all positions, rear swing arms, leading link front and sidecar. I have a Dnepr trailer also, it has the same shocks as the rig. They can be rebuilt, having only one kind of shock makes it much easier when ordering parts.
