how to remove a swingarm from a dnepr k 750 m

i know it's probably silly for the most of you but i'm having a terrible time removing both the swing arms from my k 750m...

so if anyone has any ideas infos would be appreciated... i removed the 2 bolts and this is the last to do thing be4 sand blasting...
pls help me... :o:-(
