Thank you very much for sharing with me about yuour installation. Soulds like it'll take me acouple evenings as I won't want to get over excited with it! I don't have a vise so may have to take them to work to get thoses extensions it properly.

I don't think the EZSteer trees come in 5 Degrees.
When the front end is raked the front of the bike will be a bit lower unless the forks are extended. How much and how it will affect your particular bike I don't know.

Lonnie,
Your right, the trees rack is 4.5 degrees. I called Champion , they told me the trees would lower the front end about 1/2 inch, and wouldn't be enough to make any difference. I'll still probably run by Perry's (installer) once I get the frontend complete just to have him check it out. I don't know anything about the set up, but I do own several Harley sidecar manuals from various years, it can't be too bad, but not something I'm ready to tackle yet. I do have 300 miles on my rig now!!

Thanks, Jim

the wobble comes basically because i often need to work the sound switches when driving around town. in the metro. with potholes etc etc etc

i have a job where i MUST answer the phone within 5 mins of any call 24x7 for the last 10 years or so - so i have the bluetooth hands free unit on my ultra.

potholes can cause wobble & if i have one hand on the buttons its not cool

while its a nice idea to just drive and ignore the phone - its ride while talking or dont ride at all

so...... i put the damper back on & that kills the slow speed wobbles on potholes nicely.

Thanks, Jim
