Ola, I have a Champion Legend sidecar mounted on a 2000 H.D Heritage Springer Softail. It has the Thomson Saginaw power pack trim/tilt feature. I had it wired up and working fine years ago when I last used it for weighty camping trips with the wife and gear. I havent needed the power pack device for the last few years, and over time most of the wires and the three way switch have been worn out and/or stripped off. As I recall the power pack has a reversible motor, and was a real pain (for me) to hook up to the three way switch. Does anyone perhaps have, or know where, I could get a wiring diagram? With color coding would be nice. Am thinking of doing a round trip from Fairbanks Alaska to Albany Oregon for a family visit. Flying round trip from Fairbanks Ak. to Portland Ore. with Alaska Air for two would be $1800+$200-300 for car rental or bus fare. I don't really think I would be saving much if any money using the sidecar, but I know I would for sure be having a better time, and what the heck, the wife says she's willing. The roads on the Alcan highway are mostly paved nowadays, except for stretches of summer maintenance and seasonal upgrades. I would sure like to get the power pack hooked back up.
