We purchased an 02 Escort and would like to mount it on a 92 Honda Shadow Spirit (VT1100C) or 05 1300C Honda VTX. Does anyone out there have a set up like this. I'm interested in photos of the mounts on the bike (location, measurements, etc.) Champion is busy and needs 4-6 weeks to get the bike side mounts made. I have all of the intermediate mounts and the mounts connected to the sidecar from the previous bike (82 yamaha venture). I believe all will transfer other than the bike mount itself. I was also looking for the mounting/set up instructions. Champion told me that the instructions would be written for a Harley Davidson. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had others but most of my pictures appear to have been deleted from the albums.
The pics are of an ACE but I think the ACE and Spirit had the same frame. Could be wrong. Anyway, best of luck with your project.

Did your fuel tank leak? It looks like a vent was added? Or did it come like that?

the pics are from a member long ago. As I recall he was very happy with the tank setup. I can't remember who it was that sent me these pics, hopefully they'll see them and respond. I had a VT1100T for many years and collected photos of them with hack mounting while I saved the cash and designed (in my head) how I was going to set the rig up. Rolled that bike up in a ball last December. Got an Electra Glide to hack now.
