Car Tire

Hello all,
I'm new to the forum as well as sidecars. I have an '07 Road Glide with a motorvation sidecar that I had installed this past summer.

As expected, the rear tire wore out pretty fast - about 5,000 miles. I'm exploring some car tire options for the rear. One option is the Coker tire that will fit my 3" rim. This tire is about 1" taller than the stock Dunlop tire.

Here's my question: if I put a taller tire on the rear, will I need to readjust the rig? If so, what sort of adjustment needs to be made?
