Any opinions/experience w/California Sidecars? Thinking of mating a new HD Sportster 1200 Custom with a Companion GT, because I especially like the look of the hack, although it is expensive. Thanks!
I have been very pleased with the quality of my Companion GT. They are a little expensive but I've never been sorry that I bought it. They are not large and passenger comfort for a long trip is questionable.
The Companion, Texas Standard, the old Spirit America and Eagle spirit all have a similar look. None have a seat for long trip comfort. One other choice for a medium priced hack with classic lines might be the Motorvation Spyder. Much more passenger friendly interior seating and an easily accessable locking trunk with room for a top rack, many fender and wheel options, while maintaining an ultra classic look. Just a thought.
