Hi, I would like to set up possibly a Velores 562 sidecar on my '80 BMW R65. Is that a good choice as far a weight ratio? Will it bolt right up? Do you need to change the gearing on the R65? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

562 Velorex is a good match weightwise. It won't bolt right on you will need a sub-frame. Lots of vendors for these. Maybe one near you but at least no farther than UPS or Fed-Ex. They are not real cheap but make for an easy installation. Gearing needed will depend on your loading and riding style.
