I removed my Motorvation Formula II sidecar from my 06 H.D. Ultra as I didn't feel it had the power to tug this large hack. I'm now searching for the best cam to put in this bike for the best torque & hp numbers. The bike has less than 20k miles so I'm not ready to spring for a whole new big bore top end as of yet.
65 people look at this post and nobody has a reply. I figured there would be many HD Big Twin owner's that had done a cam swap on this forum.
Been there, done that.... Installed a se255 bottom end torque cam in my tc96 which I upgraded to a 103. I'm using a harley sidecar in my 2007 flhtcu. However I also have head work, Intake, thundermax efi and true duals fitted. That cam is well designed for bottom end pulling power where you need it for the sidecar. Don't forget to upgrade your inner cam bearings!
