can i put an automotive tire on the front? Harley/Harley rig

You can try, but I wouldn't advise it. The rear is fine, but without an Earles Fork type front end, you can't use a car tire. Besides, the motorcycle tire has more support in the sidewalls than a car tire as cars run basically straight and even your hack will have to turn the front wheel to go around corners. Cars also have 4 wheels to support themselves.
