2003 HD Ultra Classic with Hannigan Astro 2+2 mounting

Sidecar is mounted. But-it took 3 of us. Father bought the bike/sidecar several years ago and removed the sidecar. Now I bought the bike and installed the sidecar. Nothing like the hitchhiker I had on my sportster (sold) to mount/unmount. Is there a dolly/cart to assist so just my wife and I could mount vs having 3 men mount? I want to be able to go on bike trips and remove the sidecar as well once in a while.

Any tips on what size/brand/model of car tire you can put on the Harley? Friend had a car tire on a different brand bike and loved it. Brother and I would like to do the same. He also has a 2003 HD Ultra Classic only with a HD sidecar. He can mount his sidecar without the extra help.
