2000 Guzzi Bassa with Formula II ?
I've got an opportunity to purchase a Motorvation Formula II that was first on a 91 HD Electricaglide and then on a 92 1500 Goldwing. Only comes with the GW mounts. Has the $300 adj. torsion handle, $350 convt. top, $650 disk brake system, $100 tonneau, $350 fuel system, $ 475 front access, $ 400 bumpers & lights, $200 luggage rack, $50 seat belt, $ 200 subframe.
It sold new in 91 for $6.4k
It's in good condition.
1st question: What's it worth?
2nd question: I'm considering a 2000 Bassa (California) Guzzi with $30k miles to put it on.
Is this a good choice?
Thanks in advance for your input.

I had the same sidecar on a '99 EV. It works, but I felt it was underpowered for a sidecar that big. Mine had all your options plus it had electric lean instead of the lever and it had the disk brake setup. I sold it for $2800 which I thought was a fair price. I've seen a half dozen of them sell in that same price range since I sold mine.
If you do put it on the Bassa, do yourself a favor and pick up a set of 7:33 gears off of a T3 or something similar. It will pull a lot better and save your clutch.
