This was my fourth attempt to reach the furthest point possible on Guanella Pass Road from its southern endpoint: Grant, CO. What's the big deal? You have to negotiate snow-covered roads and uphill runs to get there. This year's very mild winter aided us and all five rigs made it to the gate up on top.
