The Texas Ural Riders Division of the Soviet Steeds (the TURD's) have invited us to join them on a ride to explore part of Louisiana's Kisatchie National Forest with an overnight campout at the Kisatchie Bayou primitive campground on Friday night. As more fully explained in the link below, we'll stage at Perry's country home near Robeline on Friday the 24th, leaving at 3:00 pm to travel to the campground, returning to Perry's on Saturday to camp at his place Saturday the 25th, breaking camp and returning home on Sunday the 26th. Please note the travel routes will necessarily include at least ~12 miles of gravel roads.

Friday March 24th Lunch: For those of us traveling to the C Moore Road rendezvous point from the North/Northwest, Oldtimer and I plan to meet-up for lunch on the way at the El Giro Mexican Restaurant at 770 Washington Avenue (US Hwy 84) in Mansfield, Louisiana.
