need a good frame for a FLH (Road King) CSC 3 project

Just talked with him on the phone... He's looking for the bike frame.

If you go for a 2009 or newer you will be able to run an automotive tire on the rear.
We of course have the mounts for all years of the FLH from the late 1970 to current including water cooled.
