Do you know if this will fit on a 2009 R1200RT?

We have not done a 2005 RT, this sub frame is in essence our GS sub frame with a different upper rear. In the case of the GS, 2004 (yes I know that we did not get a 2004 R1200GS in the USA) and 2005 it runs a different sub frame then the 2006 and up as the center stand was relocated. It would not be hard to modify the sub frames pick up points for the center stand.
