We (c stanley motorsports inc...freedom sidecars) have acquired a means to produce wheels for sidecar usage in mounting automotive tires. I am posting this early due to a current thread here at sidecar.com.
The wheels are professionally CNC machined from 6061 T-6 Aluminum. Most will be one piece units. There is no welding done on these wheels. They are not adaptations of auto wheels but rather a specifically designed wheel for sidecar usage. Finish will be a choice between polished aluminum and chrome (same price). It looks as though they will retail for $1200 plus shipping for a dish type wheel. Other design options in the wheel face are possible and will affect price slightly dependant upon the design.

Will you be making a wheel for the early (1988) GL1500? I'm getting tired (pun intentional) of having to re-tire.
