They are old Ukranian rigs with new paint. Somebody was going to order a tub from these folks and report back. But I haven't seen anything about it.
Their send and inquiry button reads "Iquire" so...
I suspect if you could see one in person at their NJ warehouse before hand and really wanted a Dnepr it would be worth a look.
Or you could head over to the Soviet Steeds forum and wait for one to come up for half the price but needing work.
