YESTERDAY WAS A REALLY GOOD DAY
a close friend was questioning me, earlier in the week, about what i thought about taking a physically challenged friend of his for a ride
little did i know, he was on a mission & timing was of the essence, to him
the call came in on wednesday & the time was set for a 10am thursday KU
when i arrived to my friend's home, his friend was already there & they had the gear laid out & ready for the adventure
we made a 25 mile trip, to the GREENWOOD, TX STORE & GRILL, take 2 hours and the route wound thru some beautiful spring time countryside
a great 1/2# burger, fries & sweet tea was the universal order
after just over an hour of re-fueling our bodies, rest, relaxation & some serious feces flinging, we geared back up & backtracked thru the countryside to point"A"
the ride, in 20-30mph winds, made for a strenuous ride for my new found friend, who NEVER STOPPED GRINNING
we HUNG AROUND for about an hour, after the ride, 'til everyone was refreshed enough to go back to our respective abodes
GREAT DAY HAD BY ALL
