How do Yamaha 1700 Roadstar's hold up tugging a sidecar?
Any comments from Roadstar riders on this forum?

can't speak to the yamaha, but I have a 1600 Nomad that is doing great. the only thing I wonder about is the longevity of the belt drive. might have to be replaced more regularly.

Any modifications to the steering on the Kaw?
Being a big cruiser I've wonder how it handles the curves.

Thanks ncdave, I've recently picked up a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic to use as a tug.
My previous rig was a Shaow 750cc and the steering was quite easy without any mods. Just wondered how the bigger/heavier rig will hand.
