This sidecar is owned by a guy I met on the VTX forum and I am not sure if the trunk has been customized or if it is OEM.
As best I can understand he pushes the button on the seat back and pulls the seat down to access the trunk.
I can't tell if the trunk lid is welded shut or what.
Any ideas?

It' a Dnepr. That's the way you access the trunk in one of them. If you rotate that button it locks.
It looks good with that fender.
