TLE sidecar value without all bike side parts.

If I wanted to sell my ultra sidecar and don't have the original parts to put back on the bike what's the car worth. I could part with the easy stuff like the mounts, lower fairing, saddle bag hinge, angle switch, and brake line with double banjo bolt. Removing the master cylinder and remote reservoir, clutch cable, and elbow/oil sender would leave the bike unridable. I don't want to spend a ton to keep my bike rideable but at the same time I know these parts are becoming hard to find.

Any thoughts?
