Checking the date codes on my tires i found 2 of them were 3 number codes and one was a 4 number code .this means 2 were from the 1990s and one from 2002 .way too old to be riding around on .i am looking at new tires next month when i put it in the shop. being a 1993 i figure these were the second set put on it.i havent decided what brand tires to put on it yet. if you go with a tire like dunlops they have a front tire and a rear tire .which would you put on the sidecar?

Just finished this morning changing both front and rear tires on the Honda Aero. Next, the sidecar tire and it will be fresh. Oh and did the front caliper pads too.
I use rope to hold the tire iron in place while using the other two to work around the rim. Wheel sits on a small galvanized garbage can for a work bench.
I power wire brushed each rim clean of all scabs and sprayed WD40 onto them. Then wipe the liquid off leaving the metal pores with a bit of protection. I used wiener schlider ( KY jelly ) on the rubber beads and the tires slipped right onto the rims and took bead on the first inflation.
