all I am looking for an spokelaced sidecar wheel that came on the early 80's california sidecars friendship cars any help would be great. I have not found much out there on the internet about these
To my knowledge the Friendship models all had 13" cast wheels. There was a 13" spoked "basket" wheel cover available around that time for non spoked wheels.
The only earlier CSC cars I know of that had real spoked wheels were the Companion models designed for Harleys that had a Harley style fender and a 16" 40 spoed wheel.

Im looking for a NEW spoked wheel for my 1977 spirit of america Eagle
size on the tire is 3.00 x 16, my bike has spoked rims, so i'd like them all to match
the most weight that goes into my sidecar is about 60lbs ( my dog )
