A good search function is your friend. I did not look at the links but this is what popped up on Bing.

Summit Racing Equipment sells them 145R13 Vredestein Sprint $75 + shipping, also have a Firestone 560 $70 + shipping, both tire's are made by Coker Tire, You can order them direct from Coker Tire
I just got a 155/80R-13 put on the rim out the door for $75.69. didn't even look at the name of. But from a locally tire co. that I buy truck tires from.(Texas, ranger sidecar)Rudy
Dang I have an old Nissan Sentra that has 155/70-13's on it and I used to be able to get all 4 tires at Sears for $175.00

Showing our age as I remember when I got my first motorcycle in 1971 I could feel it up for $0.75 with the best gas in town. LOL
I still have the Sentra .......
I run a 155/60/13 on my CF1,..145/vs 155 is a diff of less than 1/2 inch,,..10 mm of tread pattern width should not be a problem for clearances ..good luck, crawf.
155 often do not work, on the friendship 1 sidecars, 145 really do not fit all that well as the early ones were designed for a 3.00 16 tire. Coker tire is were we go.

I stand corrected it's a 155/80/13 and after 8 years and 45 000kms,......it obviously can't work,.......crawf.
