Sidecar spotting in Wisconsin

On Sunday I was toodling around WI on a Road Rally and came across a fellow with a Suzuki Intruder with a Velorex 700 attached. Licence plate said "ART" on it, and a black and white dog was riding in the hack. Was that anyone from this board?
