Hey, looking at various sidecars it looks as most look level front to back. On my California friendship III, attached to 08 HD Ultra, Instructions say 1" lower in front, which I did. Just looks to low in front to me, but it works good.

Just wondering, those of you that has this sidecar what is the front and rear height?

I got a champion escort and am having a shop install it on my Concours. we discussed the angle of the car. I like to have my car as level as possible, but he said that some prefer a slight downward slant. seems to help a bit with aerodynamics? just my two cents and would still have to add a dollar to buy you a cuppa joe! 🙂

Thanks Dave, lol on coffee, makes sence on the aerodynamics. It is to specs and handles good, just want to make sure it's right. Later-

I have to disagree here sidecars look and handle better with a slight front high attitude and are a bit safer in a hard left (USA) turn. No scraping when entering gas station aprons at an angle rather than trying for 90* entry. IMHO front down attitude gives the appearance that the rig is looking to collapse on itself.

Thanks Sidewise, I thought it should be level, but the Instructions said for this double seater to be 1" lower in front. That's why I was hoping that some that have this car would chim in. Thanks again, Later-

With you on the bike it should sit level, with out a rider on the bike it will be low in the front usually.
