SCoNE Sidecar Gathering at Killington Classic Touring Motorcycle Rally
SideCars of New England (SCoNE)is having a Sidecar gathering at the "Killington Classic" Motorcycle Touring Rally in Killington VT this September.
The Killington Classic Rally is held the weekend after Labor Day every year. The Green Mountains of Vermont in early fall are nothing short of SPECTACULAR! You will love it & any co-rider you might bring will love it as well.
The gathering of Sidecars at Americade is great, but pales with just how huge Americade is. The Killington Classic is in it's 3rd year & has that tasty flavor that Americade had 20 years ago. The Sidecar gathering there will be an event that draws a lot of attention.
Feel free to visit the SideCars of New England site & post your intentions about participating. Likewise, post here in this thread your plans.
Killington VT is the place to be the weekend after Labor Day.

BTW, My involvement with the Rally is simply that I do the Professional Fireworks for them the last night of the Rally. But my Hannagan 2+2/Yamaha Venture rig did win second place in the bike contest 2 years ago.

Just a little back up here. I live just north of Killingon, where the roads have fewer visitors and the mountains a better skiing experience. I'll be at the Classic with my Classic. But you may want to come up to the Mad River Valley for the Mad Ralley, July 8-10. It's the second annual, and was a great deal of fun last year. We have roads you will love all over this state. Try a serpentine ride over several gaps through the Green Mountains, then cruise home through the Champlain or Connecticut River Valleys. Y'all come see us now, ya hear?...
It honestly is some of New Englands BEST riding roads.
