A few weeks ago I attended the ERC S/TEP class at Tidewater Cummunity College in Virginia. There were only two sidecars my self with a Harley/Motovation Roadster and another Harley/Harley, one trike and 4 Can-Am Spyders. We had 2 hours of class room and about 5 hours on the range. The range was a lot of fun but sure took its toll on the arms going back and forth in small circles and figure 8's The last two exercises were for the side cars, The flying the chair and then driving streight with the chair in the air. The harley combo had no problem lifting the wheel but with mine I could lift the body but the wheel still stayed on the ground as the type of suspension will extend a foot or so with out leaving the ground. This was a great class and a lot of fun.
