Today I rode about 170 miles in 40 to 50 deg temps, on and off light rain to attend the funeral of a friend and fellow Patriot Guard member. Jerry was a Airforce Vietnam veteran. He died tuesday, Jan 2. Would have been 58 years old tomorrow, Jan 6. Jerry wasn't a hack driver but did ride a Goldwing trike. Indy Harley, Indiana State captain, rode Jerry's trike in the procession... his first time on a 3 wheeler was practicing a hour before the procession... it was scary to watch the first few minutes of that, but he did well in the procession.
