I know I am possibly looking for the impossible, but I'd really like to rent a cycle with a sidecar for five days this summer. Brand and model is not important; I just would like to ride around in there with a little helmet, some goggles and a sundress.
If you might have any advice for me, I'd be so appreciative!

You might try checking with the area Harley shops. Most rent bikes and a few have sidecar outfits.

You certainly are a Bravecanary to want to ride a sidecar in the DC area. Traffic is too heavy in that area for me to enjoy.
Try Velocity Motorcycles in Richmond VA. They are a Ural dealer, also an Eagle Rider rental. don't know if they rent Urals or possibly have a Harley rig but it's worth a call. 804-353-3456
