Just got back from Holopaw Ural...was there for a "fitting" for the modifications that Gene and Kenny engineered for my "Ursula". There were several issues that needed to be addressed...first no right arm...gotta move all controls to left side. Kenny and Gene removed the throttle and brake caliper assembly from right handlebar, removed end-cap and reversed it on to the left handle bar after lengthening the handlebar. The throttle still operates by twisting back towards you. They machined both the clutch and brake levers so they were inline one coming from left one from right (see picture). Vey easy to 2 finger either and i can just grab 'em both in a panic stop. Next issue, i have a 2.5 inch plus lift on my left foot and diminished mobility in that ankle, not up and down motion, (another perk from from my bike wreck in '85). I simply couldn't get my size 10.5 with lift on that tiny heel/toe shifter. They did a great job altering a slightly larger shifter and moved the tabs out from the bike. A smart foot-box/floorboard was added to make the whole set up very comfy. I also had a tough time with the right foot-brake...so small...so they turned the entire foot-box into a brake pedal. Steel springs keep you from riding the brake but there's plenty of leverage to activate the rear drums when you need 'em. Took "Ursula" for a test run this morning just to work any tweaks that would be needed, she's been fine tuned...the mods come off for painting/powder coating finishing. Back on Saturday and she'll be delivered on Sunday...WOOHOO!

very cool, if you find the shifting is giving you trouble check out kliktronic shifters. I use one on my rig and am very happy with it.

Nothing but admiration for you sir. Sounds like you are set and ready to go. looks as if they did a real nice job on the rig. Very best of luck with the new rig. Ride safe, far, and often.
