You will love the Ranger. I looked long and hard before deciding on a Ranger. Very happy with the choice. Even though my wife and I toured for years on a Gold Wing I started her very slow in the hack as it is a completetly different ride. She now enjoys it very much. Remember the Ranger is very low to the ground and it takes a little getting use to.

Wild Thing; Did you gey it all hooked up yet? If so, tell us about it. How do you like it?

It is actually my wife's bike (although I was the installer...lol). This was my first adventure with sidehacks...and as a typical male; I decided right away I didn't need to follow instructions. The install process went south quickly....

Once I realized the instructions developed for a reason, the assembly went together quite well. I spent the weekend tweaking the install...actually starting from scratch a few times but now it handles like it should... I believe. Just a slight pull on initial acceleration and deceleration...but soon tracks straight without needing any rider input.

Because of the unique color of my wife's Heritage Softail (only 300 bike were produced with its color combination), it took awhile to find a quality painter who could get the color formula (through PPG). I just left his shop about an hour ago and the tub is being painted for the base coat as I type this.

I will post pictures after we get it back and I do the final install process (mount the windscreen)....

Would love to see it. I have a Ranger on a Harley Deluxe. Sounds like you got yours on a lot easier than i did. Randy and Karen
