Is 15 000.00CDN plus tax (15% ish) a rip of for a new Ural patrol?

With the Canadian and US dollars at par you can make your comparison in USD. Use Kelly or NADA retail books for prices. Canadian taxes are quite high though so your out the door price will reflect that.
