PLEASE PRAY FOR SGT. BROWN
Many here know Tom Brown AKA Sgt. Brown ,Sidecarsarge. As some of you know Sgt. Brown came to Pa. today to pick up his K Monster. While we were all at lunch he headed up to the buffet and collapsed. He was not breathing and CPR was performed. The para medics came and were able to revive him so he could breath. He was rushed to Evangelical Hospital here in Lewisburg and then life flighted to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Pa. He is presently in the intensive care ward there.
Please pray for our friend and fellow sidecarist Sgt Brown.
We will keep you all updated as best we can.

I don't pray, but he'll be in my thoughts. I've enjoyed his posts immensely, here and at other sidecar sites. I hope to see many more of his informative and often humorous letters.

SGT BROWN UPDATE:
JoAnne and I just returned from Geisinger Medial Center. Sgt Brown is sedated and ventilated but does breath on his own. Last night they did have to revive him three times. The report is that within 48 hours they will know more.
Note that this is a hospital that is well known for it's excellent cardiac care and ..................
I stopped writing as the phone rang. It was Mac, Tom's friend who came in from Ohio.
When we went to the hospital today we met Mac and his wife and then went into ICU to see Sgt. Brown. He was totally out and not reponsive. We prayed for him and told him everyone was doing likewise. He did not repond to anything at all.
Then we left the room and went to supper with Mac and his wife. After supper they went back into the hospital and we came on home.
The phone call I just received was from Mac to let us know that when he went back into the room Sgt Brown was moving his arms and talking. He actually gave Mac directions on how to get into his house etc when he got back to Ohio!!
Folks this is very good news. Let us keep Tom in our thoughts and prayers as he has a ways to go yet.
Please Comtinue to pray for our friend Tom Brown.

This is wonderful news. I spent the morning saying goodbye to another friend. I don't want to do it again.

Just got back from the hospital.
Tom said that his timing was off meaning that he should have done
this just before the RON DEE VOO like I did a few years ago.
He is pretty weak but that is understandable. I told him he
doesn't look any worse now than he ever did. He is still in Intensive
Care at this time.
He said to thank everyone for their support and that he is still
kicking.
The nurse said that from where he was to where is is right now is
really a miracle.
Lets be
sure to Keep praying for Tom.
