how do I reduce my pics small enough to post them on here........?

It's best done thru your photo editing software.
For instance, with Microsoft Office Picture Manager, it works like this -- Click:
Edit Pictures;
Resize;
Predefined width x height;
Web-Large or Web-Small;
and click "OK."
Confirm size is less than 200KB and save (may have to save first).
The process is similar with other software.
