August in Tennessee can be brutal, but today felt like Fall. Perfect for a nice ride around the lakes. I just thought I would share a couple of photos with you all:

The sidecar is from Hannigan Motorsports:

http://www.hannigantrikes.com/content/home.html

They built it, painted it to match the Guzzi, and installed it. I cannot say enough good things about Hannigans, and the guys who work there. Dave (vs1100star2002), who posted above, is one of them, and was my installer.

The Guzzi had to have a great deal of work done (carbs, forks, brakes, various electrical issues including a complete dashboard replacement) but is now well sorted. I did the electrical, dash, and misc other myself, and had a professional do the carbs/brakes/forks. I also changed out the seat and fairing, and installed air shocks, and stuck an Optima Yellow-Top battery in the sidecar trunk, but that was a matter of personal preference.

Overall, what you see is the result of about two years of ongoing work. And more than a bit of my cash.

I would like to have an anti-roll bar installed, but that's a project for another day, i.e. when I can afford it!

I do have a some photos posted here, showing the Goose in various stages:

Bill,
Call Hannigan about the swaybar they use on their dual sport rigs. They are a little different than ours but may be a simplier install also. We are mounting one of these sidecars to a V Strom soon and for their chassis it may be a better way to go.

That is a good idea; it had not occurred to me. A poor salesman? Perhaps, but you rank highly in the "Respect" category.
